Sexual Harassment

Sexual harassment is conduct that involves unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and deliberate or repeated offensive comments or gestures of a sexual nature.

There are two types of sexual harassment:

1. Quid Pro Quo
   An employee suffers or is threatening for refusing to grant sexual favors, or is rewarded with a tangible job benefit in exchange for sex.

2. Hostile Environment
   Words, actions or conduct perceived as sexual in nature that creates an abusive work environment.
